(9) Awakening
In the train carriage that was transformed into a command post, I experienced the most important moment of my life. In the course of life, everyone has the opportunity to have such a moment. Simply put, it can be called an "awakening." Suddenly, I understood something, although not everything, but I understood that things could be like this! Understanding this direction is like suddenly seeing a path in front of me. Although there may be many obstacles on this path, they are not a problem as long as I know that I can take a step forward.
This is extremely important for a young person!
Before this, I thought that the strange phenomenon that appeared on the "ghost bamboo" was something mysterious and inexplicable. But now I know that it is a result caused by brain activity. It's not really bamboo, but an instrument. Those bamboo leaves are mostly receiving antennas or similar devices.
My horizons suddenly expanded countless times. I was excited and couldn't control myself. Naturally, my whole body heated up, and my hands clenched into fists, sweating in my palms. All of this happened in my mind, and others naturally couldn't perceive it. I only noticed the strange look in Zhu Xiangxiang's eyes when she looked at me. Could she really see the joy and excitement deep in my heart?
At that moment, I really wanted to immediately confide in her about all my feelings. But obviously, it was not the right time and environment for a young person to share their emotions, because there were still many unresolved issues. The most important issue, of course, was the disappearance of Kuang Yinghao. No one knew who had him. Secondly, another "Wang Tianbing" suddenly appeared, causing General Kuang to be furious. And I mentioned the matter of the "ghost bamboo," proving that Zhu Mama was the dream lover of my master "Wang Tianbing."
It seems that there are too many things to solve, and I can't express my feelings to Zhu Xiangxiang at this time. So I just gave her a look, indicating that I have many things to say to her. Zhu Xiangxiang blinked her eyes, her gaze first swept towards her mother, and then looked back at me. Her lips moved slightly, but no sound came out. But I saw what she said: "You caused trouble." And from her previous gaze, it seemed that she was saying that I caused trouble by mentioning my master and her mother. I turned my head and showed an indifferent expression, which was a manifestation of my stubborn personality. I didn't care whether I caused trouble or not. It was a fact, and it needed to be said, so I still wanted to say it.
It seems that the focus of the adults present is not how to find Kuang Yinghao, but they are more interested in my master Wang Tianbing. After the senior officer expressed his views on the "ghost bamboo," except for himself, most people in the carriage, including me, probably only had a vague impression. For me, his words had an enlightening effect, but I didn't know how they would affect adults. He probably understood this, so when General Kuang asked him who had made this invention and possessed this power, he had to agree with my statement: "Tianbing and Tianjiang!"
Tianbing and Tianjiang are traditional terms, and his words greatly inspired me, making me think that they were magical powers from the sky! (The influence of that senior officer on me was not limited to this. He can be said to be the first person I came into contact with modern ideas. When I recall the past, I often can't help but want to write down his name, but for various reasons, I cannot. Of course, I can randomly make up a name, but because he is the person I respect the most, I don't want to do that, so I have always referred to him as "that senior officer.") General Kuang was obviously not very satisfied with the senior officer's statement and stared at him with sharp eyes. After thinking for a while, the senior officer explained, "Western countries are researching and there are signs and evidence showing the arrival or already arrival of extraterrestrial beings on Earth." When he said this, he looked at me and said, "The 'Tianbing and Tianjiang' you mentioned, I believe it refers to this phenomenon."
